Artist, Printmaker and Visual Arts Educator

I have always been looking for a way to express myself and the arts provided that for me. Born and raise in the Dominican Republic and living in the city of the opportunities. I am determine to express and share my experiences with the world. I found this passion for the arts when I was in middle school in a catholic school where I learned a lot about crafts and drawing concepts and later in high school I found my passion for art history. but also seeing the arts like an out of reach career. however what I saw as impossible now is my life. 

I am currently a high school teacher in the New York City and I work with students like me, who thought art is only for who drew perfect or realistic. I feel my mission is to show them that life isn't perfect in any aspect of it.
